The lineup for Austin Noise Fest will feature dreamy shoegaze and heavy alternative rock from Narrow Head, industrial metal agression from Prong, infamous shock-punk theatrics from The Dwarves, and a combination skate-punk and dub from Mexico City duo Cardiel.
