The acclaimed Baroque ensemble performs International Festival co-commission, Passion of Mary Magdalene by Tansy Davies. Drawing on non-canonical gospels, ancient texts and poetry by Ruth Fainlight, this fascinating new work by Tansy Davies brings a fresh perspective to historically repressed voices.
