Tucked away just off the east end of Princes Street, The Voodoo Rooms is one of those Edinburgh spots that feels like a bit of a secret even though it's right in the middle of everything. You head up a staircase into this gorgeous old Victorian building and the whole place leans into a moody, glamorous black-and-gold look. It's a cocktail bar, restaurant and live music venue all rolled into one
